Payment

I accept payment PayPal and Square
YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL OR STRIPE ACCOUNT TO PAY FOR YOUR ITEMS THROUGH EITHER SERVICE.

Here on eCrater it will all go through PayPal or Stripe
You can choose the payment option during checkout.

Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped. If you are having any issues with PayPal, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will assist you in anyway that I can.


Shipping

If your order is a gift going directly to the recipient, I can include a personal message card from you for no extra charge. If you would like this service please let me know what you would like me to write (to fit on a postcard) in the "Note to
"TheDecalking" during checkout.

TheDecalking ships nationwide using the USPS. I do not spend extra for tracking unless it is discussed before hand. I do however include tracking on orders of $20 or more. If you wish to ship with tracking please contact me before ordering for a quote.

TheDecalking is located in Wilmington, Illinois.
- Production time is usually 2-3 business days.
- Packages are then shipped First Class Mail if possible. Sometime depending on the weight of the item/s require Priority Shipping which may affect the cost of shipping.
- Sometimes, but not often things happen when it comes to the mail. Things get lost or delivered to the wrong address or maybe even weather causes delays. Whatever the case just know that i will do whatever needs to be done to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are experiencing ANY issue with delivery times please contact me directly.


Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact me within 5 working days of receiving your package. I will do my best to resolve the problem quickly. Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis.

C U S T O M - O R D E R S

I love custom orders! Custom orders have a minimum price according to which product you would like to place a custom order for. Depending on the complexity of the design it may involve artwork charges. More often than not we can handle the request without worrying about those. Please feel free to contact me with your needs and I look forward to working with you on your one of a kind design.
